Non-Returnable Items

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

Lost or Missing Packages

If your tracking information shows your package as delivered but you have not received it, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery date so we can assist with a carrier investigation.

If the carrier confirms the package was lost in transit, we will issue a replacement or refund, at our discretion.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.
Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your payment provider.
